Core Responsibilities:

  • Process subsidy requests and financial assistance applications
  • Monitor and update state portals for authorization changes and renewals
  • Handle email communications with agencies, families, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in multiple systems (Salesforce, state portals)
  • Update payment records and process collections
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements
  • Proactively track and manage case deadlines (within 24 - 48 hours)

Non-Negotiables:

  • Strong attention to detail & precision - you'll handle sensitive financial information
  • Proven experience with handling multiple software systems (ex: Salesforce, and Adobe Experience)
  • Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Ability to work independently while meeting team deadlines
  • Must be comfortable learning new software systems & policies
  • Dependable, fast learner

Bonus Points:

  • History of promotions (in BPO or other)
  • Experience with Line Leader
  • Background in financial assistance or social services
  • Previous remote work experience
