Core Responsibilities:
- Process subsidy requests and financial assistance applications
- Monitor and update state portals for authorization changes and renewals
- Handle email communications with agencies, families, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in multiple systems (Salesforce, state portals)
- Update payment records and process collections
- Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements
- Proactively track and manage case deadlines (within 24 - 48 hours)
Non-Negotiables:
- Strong attention to detail & precision - you'll handle sensitive financial information
- Proven experience with handling multiple software systems (ex: Salesforce, and Adobe Experience)
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Ability to work independently while meeting team deadlines
- Must be comfortable learning new software systems & policies
- Dependable, fast learner
Bonus Points:
- History of promotions (in BPO or other)
- Experience with Line Leader
- Background in financial assistance or social services
- Previous remote work experience
- Knowledge of state subsidy programs
- Collections experience
